Product Manager, Video Analytics

Leading the development and execution of the product roadmap for advanced video analytics solutions including AI features at Axis Communications. Collaborates with R&D, Product Specialists, Sales, and Marketing to align product offerings with customer needs and business growth strategies.
Main requirements:
  • 10+ years experience working with partners and ecosystems in IT, security, or software domains
  • Proven experience managing software products, preferably in video analytics or AI-based solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to structure and drive complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Business mindset and understanding of indirect sales models and ecosystems
  • Experience collaborating with R&D, Sales, and Marketing for customer value and business growth
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product roadmap in close cooperation with R&D, updated bi-annually
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to prioritize features and improvements based on market feedback
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to integrate market and technical insights into product development
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to shape the product story and build market demand
  • Maintain strong relationships with system integrators, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the yearly portfolio strategy aligning with company goals
  • Support knowledge sharing within R&D, sales, and marketing teams
  • Travel up to 20 days per year to strengthen relationships and gather market insights
