Lead the development of market-leading ERP systems for the recreational vehicle industry across multiple European markets, collaborating in agile teams to deliver valuable customer solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university education (e.g., IT, technology, or project management).
  • Previous experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager in an agile product team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work with a structured approach to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to adapt solutions for multiple markets (Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK, Denmark).
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team, other product teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand needs and prioritize initiatives.
  • Clarify goals, break down initiatives into concrete tasks, and support the team in daily work.
  • Participate in and contribute to the improvement of Product Management practices.
  • Follow up on results using data and customer feedback.
  • Travel occasionally to trade shows and customer sites.
Required hard skills:
  • Product management or ownership experience in agile teams.
  • Higher education in IT, technology, or project management.
  • Ability to work with product and project management tools and processes.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience from SaaS companies, preferably in B2B.
  • Multilingual skills, especially German and other Nordic or European languages.
