Process Owner for DevOps at Arbetsförmedlingen

Lead the work with the DevOps process and contribute to better Developer Experience in product development by harmonizing working methods and technology choices within a value-creating organization.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary IT education from university
  • At least seven years of work experience as a change leader within IT operations
  • Experience as an agile coach and/or DevOps coach
  • Experience documenting and writing user instructions
  • Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English (non-Swedish speakers will not be considered)
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage the DevOps process within the organization
  • Collaborate with Agile tool support and other supporting teams to map and document capabilities needed by development teams
  • Identify and promote tools that enhance capabilities
  • Develop and communicate 'golden paths' to simplify and harmonize work methods and technology choices
  • Combine strategic work with practical content creation
  • Disseminate information and content effectively to development teams
Required hard skills:
