Responsible for managing network services including LAN, WAN, WiFi, and cabling within Region Skåne's Digitalization IT and Medical Technology unit. The role involves vendor management, service delivery, continuous improvement, and budget oversight to support healthcare digital environments.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education in IT, systems science, or data communication, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering IT services with multi-year experience in at least three of: LAN, WAN, WiFi, network cabling.
  • Experience in vendor management, financial follow-up, managing complex delivery structures, and creating and following up schedules.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, spoken and written.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and experience in larger organizations using this framework is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive, coordinate, and prioritize daily work within the delivery of assigned network services.
  • Coordinate activities to maintain and develop service delivery.
  • Manage lifecycle and continuous improvement of services.
  • Ensure service delivery according to established support and main processes.
  • Follow up and ensure service levels are met.
  • Represent service delivery in relevant forums.
  • Set and monitor budgets for assigned services.
