Seeking an Outlook and Exchange specialist to work at Must Informationshanteringskontor, part of the Swedish Armed Forces' Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must), responsible for development, management, and implementation of Microsoft products with high security requirements. The role involves planning, upgrading, patching, and supporting IT infrastructure with focus on Outlook and Exchange systems within a secure environment.
Main requirements:
- Current work experience with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook and products used in the email chain
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows infrastructure
- Experience implementing email solutions
- Current experience with IT infrastructure
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Microsoft Outlook and Exchange environments with high security requirements
- Plan, follow up, and develop routines, working methods, and designs from scratch
- Coordinate continuously with adjacent sections
- Responsible for configuration, upgrading, and patching of relevant systems
- Support other activities within the information management office
- Participate in on-call duties and occasional travel
Required hard skills:

- Experience with IT infrastructure in the Swedish Armed Forces or other total defense authority
