Object Manager, System Support and Welfare Technology within Care and Nursing

Sundsvall Municipality is in an exciting development phase, growing and evolving with a clear vision to build a sustainable Sundsvall. The Care and Nursing Administration includes the System Support and Welfare Technology department supporting operations. We seek an Object Manager to drive and develop digital solutions, coordinating IT objects and collaborating with users and specialists to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT (e.g. Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience
  • Documented experience in lifecycle management of systems, services and processes
  • Experience working with information security, preferably knowledge of ISO27001
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with unit manager to coordinate and drive development within one or more IT objects
  • Work closely with users, system administrators, specialists and managers
  • Assist with prioritization and drive tactical development aligned with operational needs and goals
  • Actively contribute to a team-oriented, responsible and sustainable working method
  • Promote modern management focused on lifecycle handling, digital transformation and operational benefits
  • Coordinate system support to enhance adaptability and streamline work processes
Required hard skills:
  • Lifecycle management of systems and services
  • Information security with knowledge of ISO27001
