A passionate Microsoft 365 expert responsible for administrating, maintaining, and developing the Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint, supporting service desk training and onsite support, and building complex SharePoint sites.
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong technical competence in Azure
- Experience with incident management and escalation procedures according to ITIL
- Experience with O365 system administration and handling L2 and L3 support cases
Responsibilities:
- Drive process and work improvements in the Microsoft 365 area
- Implement and lead internal IT projects related to IT workplace and Microsoft 365
- Manage and resolve advanced support issues (L3) and share knowledge with L1/L2 teams
- Analyze and identify root causes of recurring technical problems
- Support the development of the O365 platform strategy with Head of IT, Service Desk, and Digital Workplace team
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Microsoft, Microsoft partners, and consultants
