Join Hitachi Energy's High Voltage Service team in Ludvika, contributing technical expertise on high voltage products and collaborating globally to support sustainable and reliable power grids. Provide expert advice on service and maintenance strategies, product replacements, and portfolio improvements to enhance customer assets.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive work experience in relevant fields such as field service technician, order design engineer, or R&D within high voltage business.
  • Detailed knowledge of high voltage products.
  • Initiative-taking with solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and commercial experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor of Science or Civil Engineering in mechanical, power system studies, or similar.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical solutions and advice regarding high voltage equipment to sales and customers.
  • Work with product care and identify suitable replacement components.
  • Maintain or update product documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the local and global organization.
  • Offer general support internationally regarding product specifications and suitability.
  • Monitor change processes on active products and provide service perspective input.
  • Create technical reports and documentation such as FMEA and RCA.
Required hard skills:
  • Technical expertise on high voltage products.
  • Experience in field service, design engineering, or R&D in high voltage.
  • Documentation and reporting skills (FMEA, RCA).
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
