Join BAE Systems Sverige as a Microsoft 365 Management Leader, driving digitalization, efficiency, and automation initiatives. Work closely with the business in an IT role with broad internal and external contact points, leading and developing the digital workplace. Contribute to optimization, stability, and security of critical Microsoft 365 systems like Teams and SharePoint.
Main requirements:
  • Passion for new technology and digital workplace solutions
  • Experience in management, coordination, or similar IT leadership roles
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its applications (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and drive improvement initiatives
  • Good Swedish and English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to handle security clearance due to defense sector work
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate management of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams and SharePoint
  • Plan, prioritize and follow up on cases and incidents related to M365
  • Propose new solutions and working methods to optimize IT systems
  • Coordinate with end users, process owners and suppliers
  • Drive change management and guide business units in implementing solutions aligned with business needs
  • Participate in continuous efficiency and digitalization projects
  • Travel to BAE Systems offices in Sweden as needed
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft 365 administration and applications (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Change management and IT service coordination
  • Incident and lifecycle management of critical business systems
  • Knowledge of information security and compliance in Microsoft environments (preferred)
  • Experience working with hybrid IT environments (preferred)
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience in defense industry IT environments
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to defense sector
