Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute engine and aftertreatment system calibration for off-road machinery engines
  • Calibrate embedded software functions for engines and aftertreatment systems aligned with legal and performance requirements
  • Ensure compliance with emissions legislation and feature fulfillment through systematic testing and validation
  • Support definition and specification of hardware components like fuel injection equipment and turbochargers aligned with performance targets
  • Contribute to and follow engine and aftertreatment system verification and validation plans
  • Provide technical solutions for product maintenance and field performance issues
  • Drive continuous improvement in calibration methods, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior team members in engine and aftertreatment system technologies
  • Share domain expertise and support team knowledge development
