Main requirements:
- Degree in engineering (e.g., computer science, mechatronics)
- 5-7 years of experience in embedded development with ADA, C, C++ or similar
- Experience in a technical lead or team coordination role
- Experience working in structured and regulated environments such as rail, aerospace, medtech, or defence
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate embedded software development in Automatic Train Protection (ATP) software
- Write and maintain embedded software (e.g., ADA or similar)
- Drive requirement review and traceability using IBM Rational DOORS
- Ensure compliance with safety standards like CENELEC
- Review code and contribute to architecture and documentation
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
- Support project planning and estimations
