Main requirements:
  • Degree in engineering (e.g., computer science, mechatronics)
  • 5-7 years of experience in embedded development with ADA, C, C++ or similar
  • Experience in a technical lead or team coordination role
  • Experience working in structured and regulated environments such as rail, aerospace, medtech, or defence
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate embedded software development in Automatic Train Protection (ATP) software
  • Write and maintain embedded software (e.g., ADA or similar)
  • Drive requirement review and traceability using IBM Rational DOORS
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards like CENELEC
  • Review code and contribute to architecture and documentation
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
  • Support project planning and estimations
