Senior Service Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated technician to contribute to our client's ongoing growth with a creative and positive work environment. The position starts as a consulting assignment with the intention to transition into a permanent role with the client. Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar tasks.
- Strong business-oriented approach and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for service excellence and customer focus.
- Very good administrative knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, MS365, ticket handling processes, documentation and follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, clients, and cloud solutions.
- Self-driven and able to find appropriate solutions independently.
- Good analytical skills and quality awareness.
- Ability to quickly learn new IT-related skills and processes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a Senior Service Desk Agent handling both 1st and 2nd line support issues.
- Provide broad IT support including password resets, hardware and software support, client and application support.
- Troubleshoot and administer servers.
- Coordinate and liaise with third-party suppliers.
- Deliver high service quality and excellent customer interaction.
- Proactively work to ensure high availability and improve the client's IT environment.
