Join Ericsson AB as a Junior Software Developer to work within agile software development using Lean and Scrum methodologies. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop high-performance, low-latency, multi-threaded applications and embedded systems handling large data volumes. This role offers a dynamic, fun, and challenging environment to grow early in your software development career, working in a small cross-functional team on feature development, continuous integration, and delivery.
Main requirements:
  • MSc level in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
  • 0-2 years experience in software development
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Skills in software development, preferably using Erlang, Python or other functional languages
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders in agile team
  • Design, implement and test software features and systems from requirements to production
  • Develop unit/component tests and test case automation
  • Refactor code and participate in continuous delivery processes
  • Troubleshoot and correct faults discovered during testing
  • Allocate time for improvements, innovations and hackathons
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and learning new technologies
Required hard skills:
