Footway is looking for a Junior AI Tech Specialist to grow in the intersection of technology, customer service, and business development. You will be a key person in a fast-paced team where customer experience, data, and automation meet – and where your ideas make a real difference.
Main requirements:
  • Interest in and preferably experience with AI and automation
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Basic coding understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar)
  • Experience or curiosity to work with BigQuery
  • Ability to drive and document projects
  • Self-driven and solution-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop AI tools (like Polly) and automations based on customer needs
  • Support customer service and merchants in technical questions
  • Troubleshoot simple issues related to integrations, workflows, and systems
  • Analyze data and create insights using tools such as Google Sheets
  • Participate in and drive internal improvement projects within tech and support
Required hard skills:
  • Google Sheets
  • Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with BigQuery
