Sopra Steria is looking for a Scrum Master based in Malmö who has experience in Scrum Master roles combined with digital transformation. The Scrum Master will coach agile teams, ensure efficiency and continuous development, and act as a key player connecting product owners, developers, and business. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work in dynamic environments while supporting clients in their digital transformation journey.
Main requirements:
- Experience as Scrum Master for at least 2-3 years
- Experience leading and coaching agile development teams
- Experience working with requirements management
- Experience with Jira or similar tools for managing user stories and backlogs
- Ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Relevant academic degree
- Proven experience with agile methods, preferably certified (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, SAFe)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Coach agile teams in agile methodologies
- Ensure team efficiency and continuous development
- Motivate and guide the team through inspiring leadership
- Facilitate effective communication between product owners, developers, and the business
- Support clients in their digital transformation initiatives
