Lead system management and technical development focusing on information and cybersecurity in the electric network sector at Mälarenergi AB. Work closely with business and IT/OT systems to support digitization and sustainable development towards a zero-emission society by 2035.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in IT or equivalent education/experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Good understanding of information and IT security.
  • Experience in continuous improvement work.
  • Knowledge of management and IT governance methods and tools such as PM3 and ITIL.
  • Ability to specify requirements and make technical assessments of IT/OT solutions.
  • Leadership skills to lead teams and prioritize activities on operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead system management and technical development within electric network IT/OT systems.
  • Act as a bridge between business and system management by gathering needs, planning, prioritizing, following up, and reporting within the management scope.
  • Ensure that set goals are met and deliveries are timely, of good quality, and at the right cost.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of systems including maintenance and development following established processes.
  • Manage supplier control, change requirements, and procurement.
  • Lead business-related system development projects from start to finish, including requirements specification, resource management, leadership, steering, documentation, and implementation.
  • Participate in prioritization, planning, and follow-up of development project portfolios together with other management leaders.
