Join Försäkringskassan, one of Sweden's largest IT departments, responsible for managing communication platforms that facilitate contact between the authority and citizens. We seek IT technicians to ensure operation, development, management, and support of communication platforms including telephony, chat, e-mail, and digital meeting services. The role involves handling the full chain from configuration and integration to maintenance and technical development, focusing on technical function and delivery.
Main requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • Good technical knowledge and operational experience of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Technical knowledge and experience in development using PowerShell or JavaScript
  • Experience working with operations and processes based on ITIL
  • Ability to understand and capture business needs
  • Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented
  • Effective collaborator to achieve common goals
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written form
  • Systematic and thorough work approach
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex issues
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operation, development, management, and support of communication platforms including telephony, digital meetings, chat and e-mail
  • Handle configuration, integration, maintenance, and technical development of platforms
  • Manage operations and support, resolve incidents, participate in change and problem management
  • Ensure quality control and improve availability and performance of platforms
  • Collaborate closely with other technicians, product owners, and business representatives
  • Potential participation in projects, technical maintenance and upgrades outside regular hours
  • Handle sensitive information with high security awareness
