IT Technician at 2nd Cyber Defense Unit

The 2nd Cyber Defense Unit is recruiting an IT Technician to support the operation and maintenance of IT and communication systems, ensuring security and availability to protect the Swedish Armed Forces' IT infrastructure.
Main requirements:
- High school education with IT/Data focus or relevant work experience
- Documented experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driving license (Category B)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer IT environments with open and confidential classifications
- Register, update, and document information in support systems
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Support system monitoring, server solutions, network configurations, client, and printer administration and support
- Assist in operations, deployments, and incident responses in specific systems
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners regarding operations, maintenance, and projects
Required hard skills:
- Experience in IT system operation and maintenance
- Good Swedish and English language skills (spoken and written)
- B-class driving license
