Centric is seeking a dedicated IT support technician with a strong interest in IT and service for a public sector client in Gothenburg. This is a full-time position starting as soon as the right candidate is found. Main requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support and IT support in a servicedesk environment
  • Experience with ITIL or equivalent methodology
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Secondary education in a relevant field
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key contact point for IT-related questions and problems
  • Work both at the service desk and on-site within the organization
  • Provide user support for both simple and advanced issues
  • Collaborate within the support team and manage individual tasks independently
  • Document solutions and actively contribute to developing routines and work methods
  • Practical work with IT equipment including hardware handling, conference setup, and monitoring critical infrastructure
