Seeking a business leader in Nordics with analytical skills, vendor management, business judgment, negotiation skills, curiosity, and passion for building excellent customer service experience. The role requires self-starting, problem-solving, data analysis, strong relationship and leadership skills, ownership, and commitment.
Main requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • At least 10 years experience as Key Account Manager or similar in technology industry focused on Nordics and EU
  • Strong sales acumen with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Strategic thinker with understanding of market trends and industry developments
  • Ability to work in fast-changing environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding client requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain portfolio of high-value clients across Nordics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, align solutions with their business objectives
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with innovative solutions
  • Act as customer advocate ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon
  • Address client concerns promptly striving for win-win resolutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, alliances, marketing) to deliver seamless services
