Key Account Manager for Nordics

Seeking a business leader in Nordics with analytical skills, vendor management, business judgment, negotiation skills, curiosity, and passion for building excellent customer service experience. The role requires self-starting, problem-solving, data analysis, strong relationship and leadership skills, ownership, and commitment.
Main requirements:
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
- At least 10 years experience as Key Account Manager or similar in technology industry focused on Nordics and EU
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Strategic thinker with understanding of market trends and industry developments
- Ability to work in fast-changing environment
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding client requirements
- Knowledge of sales data analysis
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Result-driven, action-focused, can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain portfolio of high-value clients across Nordics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, align solutions with their business objectives
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with innovative solutions
- Act as customer advocate ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon
- Address client concerns promptly striving for win-win resolutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Collaborate with internal teams (product development, alliances, marketing) to deliver seamless services
