Main requirements:
  • Broad technical knowledge and enthusiasm for the IT support role.

  • Good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2021, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Exchange administration.
  • Experience with conference room technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-line IT support.
  • Receive and register support cases.
  • Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Manage account and permission handling.
  • Install and troubleshoot computers, phones, and other IT equipment.
  • Order computers, phones, and related subscriptions.
  • Provide technical support in conference rooms and meetings.
  • Manage and administer government ID cards.
  • Maintain registers and document procedures and instructions.
  • Advise and educate employees as needed.
