Join DOZ Apotek as a dedicated and service-oriented 1st line IT Support Technician, acting as the primary IT contact for our pharmacies and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Main requirements:
- Experience in IT support or similar role
- Good problem-solving skills and strong customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of IT environments including Windows, networks, printers, POS systems
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and good command of English
- Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming issues from pharmacies via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to systems, applications, and equipment
- Escalate issues to 2nd line support or external vendors when needed
- Follow up on incidents to ensure timely and quality resolutions
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
Required hard skills:
- IT support experience
- Basic IT environment troubleshooting (Windows, network, printers, POS)
- Issue tracking and documentation
