Join DOZ Apotek as a dedicated and service-oriented 1st line IT Support Technician, acting as the primary IT contact for our pharmacies and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support or similar role
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of IT environments including Windows, networks, printers, POS systems
  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) and good command of English
  • Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage incoming issues from pharmacies via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to systems, applications, and equipment
  • Escalate issues to 2nd line support or external vendors when needed
  • Follow up on incidents to ensure timely and quality resolutions
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base
Required hard skills:
  • IT support experience
