IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a Servicedesk employee for Group IT at our client, active in the restaurant and large kitchen industry. As a Servicedesk employee, you will be part of a team of 5 people. Your main task is to provide service and support to the client's users both via phone and on-site. You will work closely with another IT team of 8 employees and play a key role in ensuring that the client's users receive fast and professional help with their IT-related issues.
Main requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support work
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Entra ID
  • Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide support and service to users including troubleshooting, user administration, and permissions issues
  • Manage and follow up on cases in the ticketing system
  • Provide support via phone and ticketing system
  • Contribute to improving the user experience and ensure high quality support
