Main requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or similar, preferably with a technical focus (e.g., Chalmers, University of Gothenburg)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft/Windows environments
  • Interest in networks and IT infrastructure
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some evenings
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Act as first-line IT support helping employees resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot devices including phones, Windows computers, network issues, POS systems and digital signage
  • Work collaboratively within the Liseberg team to help maintain smooth park operations and guest experiences
Required hard skills:
  • Basic Microsoft Windows environment knowledge
  • Networking basics
  • Troubleshooting IT hardware and software
Recommended hard skills:
  • Previous IT support experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems
