IT Support / 1st Line Agent

Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in 1st line support
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of various technical platforms, devices, operating systems, software, and networks
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and advice to Unionen users
  • Receive and register issues in the ServiceNow system
  • Assist users onsite, by phone, and email
  • Diagnose and solve problems related to software, hardware, and network
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles in ServiceNow
  • Install and maintain client devices
  • Assist with onsite issues such as troubleshooting conference rooms
  • Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Required hard skills:
  • Technical support skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow (meritorious)
  • Knowledge of software, hardware, networks, and operating systems
  • Incident and request handling

  • Experience in managing tickets using ServiceNow
