The Swedish Armed Forces seeks an IT Specialist responsible for private cloud and related systems. The role involves driving development from design to implementation, supporting technical requirements setting and follow-up, and translating business needs into technical solutions within a team environment emphasizing responsibility, autonomy, and results.
Main requirements:
  • University or college education in IT or equivalent experience assessed as equal by the Swedish Armed Forces
  • Specialist knowledge in one or more of the following: VMware Cloud Foundation, SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux, Storage, Automation
  • Proficiency in Powershell
  • Proficiency in Ansible
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Swedish citizenship
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a specialist within a team responsible for private clouds and connected systems
  • Drive development and changes from design through implementation to increase efficiency in environments
  • Support technical requirements specification and follow-up with internal and external parties
  • Translate business technical requirements into solutions with suitable technological choices
  • Take significant responsibility within the team, work independently and solution-oriented to meet team goals
