IBM Client Innovation Center Sweden AB seeks an experienced IT Specialist passionate about technology to maintain and improve company technical systems, ensuring secure and efficient operation and support.
Main requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in at least one technology stream: SAP, Business Intelligence, or Development.
  • Strong knowledge of system diagnostics, security implementation and monitoring.
  • Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to install, update software/hardware, and anticipate system upgrade costs.
Responsibilities:
  • Review diagnostics to assess system functionality and efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor security measures including certificates and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
  • Anticipate and report costs related to computer system replacements or updates.
Required hard skills:
  • SAP technologies (CRM, ECC, Hybris, ABAP, S/4 HANA, HANA DB, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP PI, BPM, BRM, CPI, EDI, API Management) for SAP stream.
  • Python, MongoDB, TeamCity, SSAS Tabular Cubes, Azure DevOps, Automation, Cloud deployments for BI stream.
  • Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Kafka, Tririga integration, J2EE, .Net, SQL, BIRT, Crystal Reports, middleware tools (ParaSoft SOA, SOAP-UI), open source testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, Jenkins), CI/CD tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, GitHub for Development stream.
