Lead and manage IT projects related to business systems within the Swedish County Administrative Boards, translating operational needs into technical solutions and quality deliveries, while maintaining a holistic view. This role involves managing projects in finance and HR, collaborating with steering groups and stakeholders, and working within a complex public sector environment.
Main requirements:
  • Academic education in IT field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects in large organizations
  • Experience with business system implementations
  • Experience working with steering groups in complex client organizations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects related to finance and HR systems implementation and development
  • Communicate with steering groups and other stakeholders inside and outside the County Administrative Boards
  • Manage projects according to public sector requirements and in multi-agency client environments
  • Coordinate and motivate teams, planning and following up work to achieve common goals
  • Promote competence building and operational development in the organization
  • Plan and prioritize work effectively
  • Engage in supplier management and contract/consultant handling (preferred)
  • Lead requirements management and test coordination (preferred)
