Scania is transforming from a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines into a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. The IT Project Manager will play a key role in future projects, gathering and analyzing requirements, translating between technical and business language, and documenting current and future system states. The role involves planning and delivering IT solutions supporting business projects and collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.

- Technical background to understand business needs and context.
- Experience with industrial projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan and deliver IT solutions to support business projects.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
- Translate technical terms into business language and vice versa.
- Document current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) states of applications and systems.
