IT Project Manager

Techster Solutions, currently in an exciting growth phase, is seeking experienced IT Project Managers with at least 8+ years of experience to strengthen their team. The role involves managing IT and Security Technology projects for the Swedish Migration Agency's local projects, including responsibility for administrative local projects as IT project manager. Flexible remote work possible by agreement; travel required.
Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience as a project manager in business development and/or IT projects.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing projects governed by established project management methodologies (e.g., Props, XLPM, Pejl, Prince2 or equivalent).
  • At least 10 years of experience managing projects in large organizations (over 1000 employees).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT projects related to local projects at the Swedish Migration Agency.
  • Responsible for administrative local IT projects as project manager.
  • Coordinate IT installations and ensure delivery of IT services and products.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management experience in line with recognized methodologies (Props, XLPM, Pejl, Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Experience managing projects in large organizations (1000+ employees).
  • Experience with IT and business development project leadership for at least 10 years.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with IT equipment in security technology (e.g., surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarm systems).
  • Experience in large construction projects with responsibility for installation and planning of networks, servers, and ducting.
  • Documented experience leading and coordinating IT installations in construction/real estate projects applying relevant building standards and safety regulations.
