Techster Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience to join their growing team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the IS program/project portfolio to meet targets on time, within budget, and with quality functionality, interacting with business leadership, and leading the PMO team. Main requirements:
  • 5-8 years of work experience in relevant field including leadership/management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Working command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining activities, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure project plans are realistic and achievable.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and updates to maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address issues.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and objectives.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Establish and maintain project governance for decision-making and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Conduct project audits and identify improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Escalate critical risks and recommend actions.
  • Lead, motivate, and support project teams.
