Techster Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience to join their growing team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the IS program/project portfolio to meet targets on time, within budget, and with quality functionality, interacting with business leadership, and leading the PMO team. Main requirements:
- 5-8 years of work experience in relevant field including leadership/management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Working command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining activities, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Ensure project plans are realistic and achievable.
- Identify and engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and updates to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address issues.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and objectives.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Establish and maintain project governance for decision-making and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Conduct project audits and identify improvements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Escalate critical risks and recommend actions.
- Lead, motivate, and support project teams.
- Provide mentorship to enhance team skills.
