Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT operations and process leadership
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to work both operationally and strategically
  • Strong communication skills with technical specialists and business stakeholders
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive in taking initiatives
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop IT processes including event, incident, problem, change, release, request, and knowledge management
  • Monitor and ensure quality of deliveries from external IT suppliers
  • Identify improvement areas and drive change within IT support and process development
  • Manage the change advisory board (CAB) and act during critical incidents
  • Initiate and lead workshops to promote automation and more efficient working methods
