An experienced IT Operations Technician sought for diverse and developing assignments with a client in Gothenburg. The role offers a permanent position with the security of stable employment while contributing expertise in a large organization.
Main requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience as an IT Operations Technician
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with VMware and cloud services such as Azure
  • Competence in backup management and networking
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer servers, network, and applications ensuring stability and security
  • Daily operations including troubleshooting and preventive actions to minimize disruptions
  • Configure, install and upgrade hardware and software
  • Continuously monitor IT systems and address potential incidents
  • Contribute to projects improving the client's IT environment
  • Support the client's IT department with incident management and strategic process optimization
