The Administrative Court in Gothenburg is one of Sweden's largest courts with around 280 employees. The primary task is to resolve disputes between individuals and authorities. The court also serves as one of the country's four migration courts. The IT Officer role involves providing first-line IT support, managing user accounts and permissions, and overseeing the court's IT infrastructure, while contributing to operational development and supporting the democratic foundation through ensuring legal security.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working in IT support
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD)
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support to court employees
  • Administer permissions and user accounts in IT systems
  • Manage the court's IT infrastructure including computers, networks, IT systems, software, printers, and mobile phones
  • Inform and train court staff regarding IT systems
  • Collaborate with external entities such as the Swedish National Courts Administration
Required hard skills:
