IT Object Manager / Project Manager

Lead and manage IT-related projects and object management to support digital development and infrastructure within Region Kronoberg.
Main requirements:
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in teams
  • Experience as project manager and/or management leader within IT
  • Relevant university or college degree
  • Familiarity with ITIL and PM3 frameworks
  • Experience in leadership roles related to development work
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Personal suitability with qualities such as curiosity, drive, initiative, thoroughness, flexibility, responsiveness, and comfort in a changing, complex organization
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical work within one or multiple management objects supporting the organization's digital development
  • Work systematically and long-term to ensure operational needs for suitable technical support
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle from needs inventory through decommissioning
  • Plan, lead, and follow up the achievement of goals according to object plans
  • Collaborate across various management objects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead transformative and necessary management assignments spanning from deep technical aspects to user support for the digital workplace
Required hard skills:

  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and services
