Object Leader for the Education Administration

Lead important digital initiatives within Stockholm City to provide schools with secure and efficient IT support. The role involves strategic work with a holistic perspective, coordinating complex solutions, and acting as a link between technology, operations, and external actors.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree of at least 180 credits, preferably in IT or pedagogy, or equivalent experience/education.
  • Experience in planning, steering, and leadership.
  • Experience with project management or administration models such as pm3.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and following up object plans, administration plans, or project plans.
  • Experience working with delivery management.
  • Experience operating in an organization with many suppliers and a complex IT environment.
  • Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading the execution of the decided object plan.
  • Proposing plans for goals, priorities, risks, consequences, cost estimates, and required time/competencies for work execution.
  • Following up on goal fulfillment in relation to risks, time, and costs.
  • Communicating and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other objects and functions with dependencies.
  • Monitoring trends and opportunities for the organization and residents.
  • Leading and coordinating work personally or via operational leaders.
Required hard skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with project management and administration models, particularly pm3.
  • Experience in delivery management.
  • Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple suppliers.
  • Fluent written and oral Swedish.
