IT Management Consultant

An experienced IT Management consultant position focused on leading and coordinating complex IT projects within the public sector and large organizations. The role is offered by CHAS, a values-driven and family-oriented consulting firm with about 33 experienced consultants, providing access to extensive training and a flexible 80/20 revenue-sharing model.
Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT Management.
  • Experience working in SAFe-governed organizations applying PM3.
  • Relevant university degree in IT, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Swedish citizenship.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate complex IT projects.
  • Work mainly with government agencies, regions, and municipalities.
  • Engage with clients such as the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and DIGG.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience in IT Management with minimum 10 years.
  • Working knowledge of SAFe frameworks and PM3 project management methodology.
  • Relevant higher education in IT.
  • Fluent Swedish language skills (oral and written).
  • Swedish citizenship.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Certifications in SAFe, PMP, PMI, Prince2 or similar.
  • Completed Astrakan training courses.
  • Experience with LOU (procurement law), purchasing, supplier management, budgeting, technical requirements specification, and regulatory activities.
  • Experience working in the public sector, preferably government agencies or large companies.
