IT Infrastructure Technician

We are looking for an experienced and passionate infrastructure technician to join our client's Operations team in Stockholm. If you are a self-driven problem solver with deep technical expertise and a desire to work with advanced IT solutions, this could be your next step!
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations focusing on network infrastructure, Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and VMware environments.
  • Proven experience in scripting and automation to improve operational processes.
  • Relevant higher education such as university or college degree.
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, for effective communication in various contexts.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of virtual environments, primarily VMware.
  • Troubleshoot and manage the operation of Cisco LAN and wireless networks.
  • Lead and participate in projects to optimize and develop IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage firewall rules to enhance and ensure IT security.
  • Drive continuous development of existing environments and implement new systems and technologies.
  • Handle incidents quickly and efficiently to minimize business disruptions.
  • Support implementation and upgrades of business-critical systems.
