Join Oskarshamn's Digitalization Department as an IT Infrastructure System Technician. In this role, you will be key in strategically and operationally developing and securing the municipality's IT environment, ensuring stable and accessible infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists and business representatives to deliver sustainable, secure, and effective solutions that meet current and future needs.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of documented professional experience in design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure in larger organizations.
  • Upper secondary education preferably in data/technology.
  • Post-secondary degree in IT or equivalent competence acquired otherwise.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to collaborate well and provide good service.
  • B driving license.
  • Willingness to undergo security clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and document installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure focusing on stability and availability.
  • Participate in daily operations and long-term projects contributing expertise to shape future IT environments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical specialists, system administrators, and business representatives to advise on technical choices and solutions.
  • Work actively in both operational projects and internal IT initiatives, improving workflows, security, and user experience.
Required hard skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft's cloud services.
