IT Governance Leader

Lead and manage IT governance for critical electricity preparedness and security systems at Svenska Kraftnät, ensuring availability, safety, and functionality within a key societal operation.
Main requirements:
- Experience leading teams with at least five direct reports.
- Proficient in managing supplier contracts and negotiations.
- Experienced in budget planning and forecasting.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Higher education in computer science, systems development, or equivalent.
- Ability to work strategically with IT governance and development issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple resources and collaborate with business governance leaders to plan and report to IT and business owners.
- Ensure agreed commitments between IT and business units are fulfilled.
- Develop governance plans and participate in budgeting processes.
- Drive work according to governance plans, initiate development activities in close collaboration with business.
- Manage IT system budgets and resource allocation.
- Handle supplier relationships, follow-up, and reporting to IT and business.
- Contribute to general business development in application management and development.
Required hard skills:
- Leadership and work management of multiple employees.
- Contract management and negotiations with IT suppliers.
- Budget and forecast planning experience.
- Excellent communication in Swedish and English.
