IT Consultant for Support and Operations at a Government Agency

Looking for a solution-oriented and service-focused IT consultant with experience in support and operations. Multiple IT consultant positions at various levels for a government client with varying needs over time. Roles include infrastructure-focused operations technicians and support technicians handling user support and incident management. Work contributes to a stable and secure IT environment in an important societal function.
Main requirements:
  • At least one year of documented experience in working within Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
  • Experience in client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and incident management within IT support
  • Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
  • Management of user accounts and permissions
  • Documentation of processes and solutions
