Main requirements:
  • Experience with networking and monitoring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and operating systems
  • Experience with Terminal Server and its monitoring
  • User support covering both hardware and software
  • Installation and maintenance of servers
  • Installation and operation of switches
  • Experience with firewalls
  • Strong communication skills to interact clearly and persuasively with users and colleagues
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and develop suitable IT solutions
  • Plan and implement IT solutions
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructures
  • Perform technical evaluations and recommend IT environment improvements
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site
