Project Manager with focus on digitalization and youth learning

The fundraising foundation Läxhjälpen is seeking a driven project manager for a new project aimed at developing an engaging and effective digital homework assistance program for lower secondary students at risk of not completing compulsory school. The project focuses especially on youth in smaller towns and rural areas. The role involves developing digital pedagogical methods including gamification and AI support, collaborating with researchers, digital pedagogy companies, and civil society organizations, and testing hybrid models combining digital and physical meetings. The goal is to increase the proportion of youth qualified for upper secondary education, improve study motivation, and create a scalable national model for digital or hybrid homework help.
Main requirements:
- Experience leading and managing projects

- Strong interest in using technology for pedagogical purposes
- Experience implementing digital pedagogical tools
- Ability to build and maintain collaborations with various actors
- Experience working with youth in the target group
Responsibilities:
- Drive development and testing of methods for the digital homework help program in pilot groups
- Manage collaborations with researchers, digital pedagogy companies, and local civil society organizations
- Ensure target group participation and feedback in program development
- Implement new methods and disseminate learnings within Läxhjälpen
- Train homework helpers and coordinators in new working methods
- Compile insights, learnings, and recommendations into a report for dissemination
