Edugrade is seeking two new instructors passionate about network technology to teach and mentor future IT specialists. The role involves planning and delivering education in routing, switching, security, and network protocols, contributing to curriculum development, and staying updated on the latest network technology trends. The position is full-time and based in Göteborg or Malmö, with travel included.
Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in network technology, IT or similar
  • At least 1 year experience working with network solutions (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, etc.)
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and pedagogically
  • Experience with physical and virtual network environments
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and deliver training in network technology
  • Teach subjects such as routing, switching, security, and network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP)
  • Guide and mentor students through theoretical and practical exercises
  • Stay updated with latest network technology and integrate it into course content
  • Contribute to curriculum and course material development
  • Conduct workshops, labs, and lectures both onsite and digitally
  • Support Edugrade's development
  • Participate in application processes for new network technology courses
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of network technologies including routing, switching, security, and protocols
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Experience with physical and virtual network environments
Recommended hard skills:
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or similar
  • Previous experience as an instructor or mentor within IT
