Responsibilities:
  • Assist consumers and clients contacting TP-Link Support
  • Record and answer questions, solve problems
  • Support via Phone Calls, Email, and Online Chat
  • Answer review questions in public forum
  • Perform other technical support tasks assigned by GM or Line Manager
