ILS Engineer

We are looking for a driven and structured ILS Engineer with a systems engineering mindset to be a key player in developing future solutions in defense, industry, or technology sectors.
Main requirements:
- Degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar fields.
- Several years of experience in ILS assignments within technical or defense-related projects.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working according to military standards is meritorious.
- Experience with LSA/ILS support tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze ILS strategies and plans.
- Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and RAMT analyses.
- Contribute to system safety, reliability, maintainability, and testability.
- Ensure integration of logistics requirements into overall system design.
- Support procurement, documentation, and technical support.
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge and experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodologies.
- Ability to perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability) analyses.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English languages, both written and spoken.
