A Swedish cybersecurity company seeks an IAM Specialist with deep experience in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM). The role combines application consultancy with backend development to implement, configure, and further develop IAM solutions for strategic clients and the company's own IAM product platform.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), including advanced configuration and troubleshooting
  • Consultancy background or experience as a technical application specialist
  • Backend development skills in Java, C#, Python, or other relevant languages
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical personnel and business stakeholders
Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure IAM solutions for strategic clients
  • Analyze complex identity flows and contribute to architecture work
  • Further develop the internal IAM product platform with a focus on backend logic, preferably in Java
  • Act as a technical advisor at the intersection of customer needs and product development
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) advanced configuration and troubleshooting
  • Backend development in Java, C#, Python or similar languages
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with other IAM solutions such as Okta, ForgeRock, One Identity
  • Background in security-critical systems or regulatory environments
  • Previous work in product development, DevOps or integration platforms
