We are looking for a Client Specialist passionate about client management in large IT environments with experience in SCCM, Intune, and security tools like Defender for Endpoint. This exciting role based in Linköping involves operation and development of client environments in an enterprise setting, managing client platforms, lifecycle management, and implementing modern security solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working with large-scale client environments
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory
  • Experience in GPO management and patch management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and XDR implementation
  • Experience in application packaging and lifecycle management
  • Good skills in PowerShell
Responsibilities:
  • Client operation and management of Windows environments using SCCM and Intune
  • Management of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Executing rollout projects and lifecycle management of clients
  • Implementation and management of XDR solutions
  • Patch management and security updates
  • Application management, packaging, and distribution using PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit
  • Monitoring and management of Security Dashboards to optimize IT security
