Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader in a product-oriented company
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams
  • Solid foundation in software engineering, architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
  • Strategic mindset with willingness to engage in technical details
  • Experience with platform integrations, APIs, and customer-facing systems
Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Lead development and scaling of warranty platform and digital ecosystem
  • Build and manage high-performing engineering team (in-house and/or outsourced)
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant infrastructure and data handling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user needs into technical solutions
  • Champion innovation including automation and AI-driven tools
  • Manage technology budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
