Lead the Network Analysis Local Network North-South department at Vattenfall Eldistribution, responsible for strategic development of local electricity networks in Northern and Southern regions, contributing to Sweden's electrification and fossil-free future. Manage and develop a team working with network development plans, system-technical solutions for large customer connections, and business development to meet changing external requirements in a complex energy landscape.
Main requirements:
  • At least three years of leadership experience in electrical facilities, industry, or infrastructure.
  • Experience working with process-heavy operations and facility investments.
  • Experience in digitalizing work processes, including leading projects to implement digital tools and workflows.
  • Experience leading and implementing challenging organizational changes requiring strategic planning and strong leadership.
  • Relevant technical university degree, preferably in electrical power engineering.
  • Good oral and written skills in Swedish and English.
  • Valid driver's license (B).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Network Analysis Local Network North-South department.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic network development plans.
  • Drive system-technical solutions to enable larger customer connections.
  • Lead business development efforts to adapt to evolving external requirements and the complex energy landscape.
  • Foster team development and create conditions for employees to succeed and grow.
  • Build strong teams and drive organizational change.
  • Engage employees to participate in development work.
  • Sponsor and ensure realization of benefits from business development projects.
  • Oversee adoption and compliance of new working methods.

  • Technical expertise in electrical power systems or related engineering fields.
